by clicking the paypal "buy now" button below, the purchaser agrees to the following terms and conditions for the purchase of bidding documents

1) the email address used for the purchase of documents will be considered the email address of record for your company. all project documents and addenda during bidding will be sent to this address, unless an alternate address is requested specifically in writing to levkulic associates.

2) only complete bid packages will be issued by the design professional.

3) all bid document service fees are non-refundable

4) if the planholder's company name, address, phone, contact email address or other information is different than that of the payment information, the planholder shall be responsible to contact the design professional to provide such information.
